Minnesota youth services librarians have recognized the value of dynamic summer library programs for many years. In greater Minnesota, librarians began what is now known as the Cooperative Summer Learning Program while "Library Kids" were featured in Twin Cities libraries. In the early 2000s, Minnesota developed its unique "At Your Library" campaigns. Now, a variety of programs are offered around the state, from iREAD to CSLP to summer branding.
