Many new employees and student staff are entering the workforce for the first time. Leading new staff in the library provides you with the opportunity to shape their skill-set. Training new people to perform the duties of the job are of paramount importance. Do you have any have any plans to develop their skills and prepare them for future opportunities, maybe even leading them to library careers?
