: Kirsten has been the Branch Librarian at the Chisago Lakes Area Library in the East Central Regional Library System for the last three years. In that time, programming has become her favorite thing about being a librarian. As a result, she has worked with many local groups and organizations to bring library services outside her library building. Some partnerships were great from day one and others involved some pitfalls to progress through but all were worth the effort involved to strengthen and reach her community.
